Okay, I’m going to be really real here! This is my biggest weakness as a scrapper! I’m horrible at taking photos! I’m horrible at REMEMBERING to take a photo! I can go weeks without a photo even though I have a perfectly good camera on my phone and my phone is almost always in my possession! What is up with that?
One of my goals this year is to change that! I’ve set the goal to take at least 2 meaningful photos a day that help to document and remind me of our day. I am going to post them on my personal Instagram account. You’re welcome to follow me there at ramona1313. Maybe the accountability will help keep me on track!
Although photos aren’t everything in digital scrapbooking, they do play a pretty big role! And even before you get to the cropping and editing and scrapping them, you actually need photos to start with!
Here is a list of times in the day, I’m going to try to do better at getting photos:
- While kids are getting ready
- After school during homework time
- Weekend Activities
- Bedtime Routine
Do you struggle with this or do you generally have more photos than you know what to do with? If you are the latter, please share your tips with me! How do you do it? How do you remember?
So, let’s start 2017 off right by taking lots of photos so we can have lots of material to work with when it comes time to scrap!
