One of the great things about digital scrapbooking is the ability to scrap something once and then print multiple copies of it with no extra work! I remember a project I started about 12 years ago. I was still a paper scrapper back then and I was making 6×6 alphabet albums in triplicate! It was a lot of work. I would scrap one page and then I would start all over again. With digital scrapping, that is all gone now!
But what happens if you want to turn a 12×12 layout into an 8.5×11 layout or even an 8×10 to frame? That is what I cover in today’s tutorial and video! It’s super easy, even if you only have a flattened layout.
To get started, watch the video below:
Now it’s your turn to give it a try!
Find a past layout you want to make into one you can frame. You can also scrap a layout from scratch using one of the FREE mini’s in the Resource Library!
Did you know that you can use the same tips for templates? If you only scrap in an 8.5×11 format but you constantly can only find 12×12 templates, use the technique from the video to resize and then scrap it!
And because it is almost Mother’s Day, I have included the layout I made in the video, as a quick page! You can find it in all three sizes (12×12, 8.5×11 and 8×10) in the Resource Library!
If this is your first time here, simply fill out the form below the preview and then follow the instructions to access the library! You’ll get a welcome email with a password! You can use this password from here on out to download anything from the library!
