What’s really in a card? Aren’t they just a bit out dated? Isn’t a text or email or Facebook message just as good?
In our busy, crazy world, it becomes easy and tempting to rely on technology to help us accomplish most things for us! A text is so easy to type out and send. And while I do think it is better than nothing, I’m here to encourage you to not lose sight of the power behind a handwritten note!
January is National Thank You month. In honor of that, I’m going to challenge you to send at least 5 handwritten thank you cards or notes to people in your life that you feel inspired to send them to. You can comment here or over on Facebook! I’d love to hear how it went! I will also be doing 5 this week and look forward to making those little extra connections!
And I’m going to help make it super easy for you! I used January’s kit to make the card and then a simple square envelope template! The printable is on an 8.5×11 sized paper, so you can print at home or your local printer. Then cut it out, fold and of course, don’t forget to write a few personal lines and sign it!
